We at Timeless Dream Travels are all born and bred Tanzanians. International standard training and many years of working for some of the best companies in Africa gave us the necessary experience and prepared us for what we do now. Venant’s background involves attending one of the most reputable guiding schools in Arusha followed by many years as a resident guide based in the Serengeti National Park and at that time he was privileged to work at the different camps owned by that company as part of his development program and this gave him tremendous general knowledge of the entire North Tanzania.

The guests have always enjoyed his attention to detail attitude, good sense of humour as well as his amazing wildlife and local general knowledge combined with his top story-telling abilities. With his strong love for nature, he enjoys bird watching and he is one of the top local bird experts and this interest was started by his belief that when you’re looking for the small stuff, the big things naturally appear. His patience has resulted in an amazing set of discoveries about the behaviors and social relations of animals and bird life.

While he is not out on a safari, he loves spending his time with his family or listening to music. To spice things up, he occasionally takes his binoculars along with some friends with a similar interest and goes for some serious bird watching around the vicinity of Arusha.

While growing up, Mohammed had a good number of close relatives who were working in the tourism industry and this factor semi automatically choose his future career path as he interest to become a naturalist was encouraged and nurtured and the rest is history as he has worked as qualified professional guide for almost 20 years now.

Mohammed is one of the few qualified walking safari specialists in Tanzania and he is proud to have undertaken a good number of very interesting walking safari trips at different parts of the Serengeti National Park among other parks. He is also a very good and keen birder who loves to share his knowledge and passion with his guests.

He spends his leisure time travelling and meeting people and making new friends as well as participating in various outdoor activities. He has a family consisting of a wife and 3 children.

Francis & Narigo Majambele – Managing Director

Hotelier by profession educated both in Tanzania and abroad with a total of over twenty years’ experience in the high end safari lodges management at first and then experiential travel planning and management. A Logistics Guru with top attention to detail abilities and that is why he is also the main travel consultant who is responsible to oversee all the reservations matters and day to day tour operational duties in the company.

Narigo Majambele – Director

Responsible for the service delivery’s quality control and styling in the company, she is an hotelier by profession and passion, educated both in Tanzania and abroad with over twenty years’ experience in the high end safari lodges management, the hospitality industry’s consulting as well as the experiential travel management.

She has very fond memories of her participation in starting Lake Manyara Tree Lodge from scratch and then co-managing it successfully for six years. ‘Those years in the bush are some of my best days career-wise’.

S.P has been working as a professional field guide for 15 years now and during this time, he had opportunities to work at all the Northern Tanzania national parks as well as attending numerous specialized guiding and safety courses.

His personality brings passion, enthusiasm and expertise to any safari whether it is walking or driving. The guests have always enjoyed his attentiveness, his good local general knowledge as well as guiding skills combined with his professionalism and passion for excellence. His background in the hospitality industry makes him a perfect guide and host. He is a keen and knowledgeable birder and wildlife photographing is his new passion and hobby.

While he is not out on a safari, S.P loves spending his time with his young family or reading newspapers, magazines and books on different topics as well as watching soccer on TV.
